The Sales Executive is a quota-carrying enterprise software field sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding quota by generating and closing new opportunities in the assigned market. Responsibilities include:

  • Articulate the solution to customer organizations at the Director, VP, and C-Level
  • Manage the full life cycle of the enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Accurately forecast new business
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Architect a solution that meets customer requirements
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows
  • Build relationships that turn customers into loyal fans
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience (EH&S experience a plus)
  • Documented quota-beating enterprise software sales performance carrying a €1.5M yearly quota or greater
  • Proven self starter, with start up background
  • Sales experience with software that average €100,000 or greater, and global solutions that average € 200,000 or greater
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A strong drive that thrives in a results oriented culture
  • A documented track record of success with referenceable customers.
  • 25% – 50% travel is required
